Low Calorie Starbucks Drinks

Tis the season for warm holiday drinks and I know I have some Starbucks goers in this group!

I don't drink too much caffeine but I wanted to try out these delicious holiday drinks for you all.


This one is so so so good!


Here are my tips on how to order and how to keep your drink order calories down so you aren't drinking away your calories.


How to order the sugar cookie oat latte:


1. Order a grande latte

2. Sub milk for almond or oat milk

3. 1 pump of sugar cookie syrup

4. 3 pumps of SF vanilla

5. Cinnamon on top


TIPS: This drink would normally come with 3-4 pumps of sugar cookie equaling 80 calorie (20g) alone in sugar. I call these sneaky calories and this drink is just as good with the 1 pump of sugar cookie and 3 pumps of sugar free syrup. My tip is to try only 1 pump of sugar syrup (your choose) and then add sugar free vanilla to the rest for some flavour. (3 pumps)
